About Spinacho

Spinacho is building a performance culture brand around thoughtfully selected food, connecting people who pursue something meaningful through sport, art, music, and creative work.

We are looking for a Management Intern who wants to understand how an early-stage startup operates and contribute directly to its day-to-day execution and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with restaurant partners, delivery partners, interns, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing business development and growth initiatives.
- Track ongoing projects, targets, and team activities.
- Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.
- Assist the founding team with planning, documentation, and execution of new initiatives.




- Maintain task records and updates using tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Interested in startups, business operations, and entrepreneurship.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply. Previous internship experience is not mandatory.
