Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and monitor complete logistics and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams for smooth material flow.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities including transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, freight forwarders, and customers for smooth shipment execution.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, invoicing, e-way bills, LR copies, GRN, packing lists, and shipment records.
- Monitor import/export shipment activities and coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight agencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety procedures.
- Track shipment status and resolve logistics or supply chain issues on priority basis.
- Prepare logistics MIS reports, inventory reports, transportation reports, and cost analysis.




- Lead warehouse and logistics teams for daily operational activities.
- Conduct stock audits and physical inventory verification periodically.
- Improve supply chain processes for better delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with finance and commercial departments for billing, payment follow-up, and logistics cost control.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records in ERP/software systems.
- Support management in strategic planning for logistics and supply chain improvements.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes.
- Inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge.
- Understanding of transportation, dispatch, and freight management.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment procedures.
- ERP/SAP/Excel knowledge for logistics tracking and inventory management.
- Vendor and transporter coordination skills.
- Understanding of GST, e-way bill, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Cost control and logistics planning capabilities.
- Robust reporting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures.
