Role Description The Lean Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for assessing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing lean interventions that improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day activities include conducting process analyses, facilitating workshops, mapping value streams, and guiding teams through continuous improvement initiatives.

Consultant will deliver coaching sessions, support change management, and collaborate with client leadership to embed lean principles into organizational culture.



The role also involves preparing reports, presenting findings, and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Lean Management and Operational Excellence, with practical experience implementing improvement projects.
- Demonstrated skills in Consulting and Management Consulting, including stakeholder engagement and solution design.
- Proficiency in Coaching, with the ability to guide teams and leaders through behavioral and cultural change.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and performance metrics related to manufacturing and service operations.
- Knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0 concepts, and production digitization is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work on-site with clients in Ahmedabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
