Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
- MBA or PGDM preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Project Management certifications preferred.

Experience

- 8-14 years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls, PMO, or PMAG functions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Center, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Industrial, Power, Large Commercial, or Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing large-scale CAPEX projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Robust exposure to project planning, monitoring, analytics, and executive reporting.

Role Overview The Lead - PMAG will be responsible for driving project monitoring, governance, analytics, and performance management across multiple Data Center projects. The role will focus on establishing project controls, tracking key milestones, monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, and providing actionable insights to leadership for effective decision-making. The incumbent will work closely with Engineering, Design, Construction, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage project monitoring frameworks for Data Center development projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-level performance reviews.
- Analyze project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance,



and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate project status reporting.
- Lead project governance reviews and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement project control processes, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
- Conduct risk analysis and proactively highlight project risks and mitigation plans.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for project planning and strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, analytics, and digital project management tools.
