- Job Summary

Responsible for leading, supervising and managing civil construction activities at industrial and commercial project sites. The Lead Civil Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, quality control, safety, manpower coordination and timely completion of assigned works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
- Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise civil construction activities, including foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing and other related works.

Plan, monitor and manage day-to-day site execution to ensure timely project completion.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and BOQ.

Monitor construction quality, site levels, measurements and compliance with project standards.

Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.

Prepare and review Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurements, BOQ, quantity calculations and RA bills.

Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other site resources effectively.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and project management teams regarding project execution and technical matters.

Ensure compliance with safety standards,



quality procedures and site discipline.

Identify site-related challenges, resolve execution issues and report project progress to management.

- Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

Experience in industrial and commercial projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering execution and site management.

- Skills Required

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Strong understanding of estimation, costing and BOQ preparation.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials and quality control.

Manpower management and team leadership.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Robust planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
