Role Description The Land Acquisition Manager will work full time on-site in Tirunelveli, overseeing the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land parcels that align with the company’s development and investment strategy. This role involves conducting site visits, coordinating land surveys, assessing legal and regulatory aspects, and preparing feasibility reports to support acquisition decisions.

The Land Acquisition

Manager will engage with landowners, brokers, and local authorities to negotiate land deals, secure necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with zoning, land use, and relevant regulations. The role also includes close collaboration with finance, legal,



and project planning teams to structure transactions, support project budgeting, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring market trends, maintaining a robust land bank pipeline, and providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Land Use Planning and Acquisitions skills to evaluate parcels, understand zoning regulations, and manage end-to-end land acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to prepare feasibility studies, assess investment returns, support deal structuring, and manage budgets.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to track regional real estate trends, identify emerging opportunities, and gather data on land values and demand.
- Relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or property transactions in Tamil Nadu or similar markets is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, and partners.
- Ability to work in office in Tirunelveli, conduct frequent field visits, and handle documentation and compliance in coordination with legal and government bodies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in real estate or land management are an advantage.
