We’re looking for someone who enjoys English-language podcasts, spends time watching good content and wants to understand what makes people stop, watch and share.

You’ll work on social media for shows including The Secret Sauce, helping turn long conversations into content that reaches the right audience.

What you’ll do

- Watch episodes and identify moments worth sharing.
- Write captions, opening lines and ideas for Reels, Shorts, carousels and posts.
- Work with editors and designers to get content ready.
- Schedule posts, check links and subtitles, and keep the content calendar updated.
- Follow comments and performance to understand what people respond to.
- Bring ideas and references from podcasts and creators you follow.

Your profile

You write explicit English, enjoy podcasts and can explain why you like a piece of content. You’re curious, organised, dependable about deadlines and comfortable taking feedback.

Freshers are welcome. A personal page, college project, internship or something you made yourself can show us how you think. Basic Canva or video editing skills would help.
