Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day construction activities from the PMC / Client Representative perspective.
- Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements.




- Track daily construction progress against the approved project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site observation reports, inspection checklists and project documentation.
- Identify site issues, delays and quality concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of civil construction and residential building projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction quality control and site safety practices.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong ownership, observation and problem-solving abilities.

Preference: Candidates with prior experience in PMC or client-side project monitoring will be preferred.
