Role Summary: The Client Servicing Executive acts as the primary link between our advertising agency and our clients, particularly in the real estate sector. You will manage daily client communication, handle project timelines, and ensure creative deliverables meet client expectations. Your goal is to build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily communication with clients to understand their campaign needs and project updates.

· Write detailed creative briefs for the design and copywriting teams based on client requirements.

· Create and track project timelines to ensure all campaigns launch on time.





· Coordinate client feedback and revisions smoothly with the internal creative department.

· Assist in preparing campaign performance reports, invoices, and new project pitches.

Requirements and Skills:

· 5 to 6 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaign deadlines at once.

· Basic understanding of advertising media, including digital marketing, print, and video.

· Experience with real estate clients or lifestyle brands is a plus, but not required.
