Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Oversee network administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and manage virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
- Configure and maintain firewalls to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers, including Azure and AWS, to optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Provide L1/L2 support for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.




- Document processes and maintain up-to-date records of IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network administration.
- Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with firewall configuration and management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Ability to provide L1/L2 support and troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
