IT Analyst

Location: Noida | Full time

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive IT Analyst to manage day-to-day IT support, maintain our infrastructure, and keep systems secure and running smoothly across our offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, email and login issues
- Maintain IT assets and inventory, including allocation, warranties, repairs and handovers
- Manage user accounts, email setup and access permissions as per approvals
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and internet issues, and support antivirus, patching and security checks
- Set up systems for new joiners and recover assets and revoke access for exits
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, and follow up on escalations until resolved
- Maintain IT documentation, incident records and periodic reports

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT,



Computer Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or system administration
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems and IT security best practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

- Experience with ticketing or asset management tools and remote support utilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID
- Experience supporting multiple office locations
