Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled and enthusiastic IoT Trainer with 1–2 years of experience in Internet of Things (IoT) development, embedded systems, or technical training. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, hardware interfacing, and IoT communication protocols, along with the ability to deliver structured, hands-on, industry-oriented training.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting technical sessions, mentoring learners, guiding them through hardware and software integration, and helping them develop real-world IoT projects involving connected devices, data acquisition, automation, and cloud-based monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured training sessions on IoT fundamentals, architecture, and applications.

Deliver hands-on sessions on microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.

Guide trainees in developing IoT projects using Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, or Raspberry Pi.

Demonstrate hardware interfacing, circuit connections, data acquisition, and device communication.

Train learners in IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, and Wi-Fi-based communication.

Guide trainees in integrating IoT devices with cloud platforms, dashboards, and monitoring systems.

Introduce learners to automation, real-time data monitoring, and smart device applications.

Prepare training materials, practical assignments, lab exercises, and project documentation.

Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity, and integration issues.

Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, assignments, and project demonstrations.





Stay updated with emerging IoT technologies, embedded systems, and industry applications.

Required Technical Skills

Robust understanding of IoT fundamentals, architecture, and device connectivity.

Basic to intermediate programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python.

Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, or Raspberry Pi.

Knowledge of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and hardware interfacing.

Understanding of embedded systems and firmware development fundamentals.

Familiarity with communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, UART, I2C, and SPI.

Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other IoT connectivity technologies.

Experience with cloud integration, IoT dashboards, or real-time data monitoring.

Familiarity with circuit diagrams, breadboards, electronic components, and debugging tools.

Understanding of basic networking, device security, and data transmission.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and IoT project documentation is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of relevant experience in IoT development, embedded systems, electronics, or technical training.

Hands-on experience in developing and demonstrating IoT projects.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct practical laboratory sessions.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to mentor students and guide them through hardware-software integration projects.

Willingness to work onsite at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in IoT prototyping, embedded development, smart automation, sensor integration, cloud-connected devices, or industry-oriented IoT training will be preferred. A portfolio of completed IoT projects will be an added advantage.
