Role Description The Investment Banking Specialist will play a key role in supporting PInterview’s users by delivering high-quality, investment banking-focused mock interviews and guidance. In this full-time remote position, the specialist will design and conduct structured practice interviews, review candidate performance, and provide clear, practical feedback on technical knowledge, financial modeling, valuation, and deal-related skills. Day-to-day activities include developing interview scenarios and case studies, reviewing resumes and pitch materials, and advising users on best practices for investment banking interviews.





The specialist will collaborate with the broader team to refine interview frameworks, contribute to learning content, and ensure consistency and quality across sessions.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Finance and Investments, with practical understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and valuation concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Modeling and related analytical tools used in investment banking and transaction analysis.
- Robust Analytical Skills and experience conducting Due Diligence, including reviewing financial statements, market data, and transaction materials.
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field, with exposure to live deals or transaction processes.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to candidates preparing for interviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and inclusive coaching style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to manage sessions across different time zones when needed.
