Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Maharashtra, India, collaborating with clients and project teams to design and execute residential and commercial interiors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, planning layouts, preparing mood boards, and selecting materials, finishes, colors, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves creating and revising drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, conducting site visits,



and monitoring work progress to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met.

The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and support end-to-end project execution from initial concept to final handover.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills for residential and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate layouts, technical details, and working drawings.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills for selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization skills.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and ergonomics, with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle on-site coordination and problem-solving.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior execution is an advantage.
