About the role

We're hiring a Sales Representative to win new clients, grow existing accounts and manage the sales process from first meeting to policy issuance and renewal.

Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for individual and corporate clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products from our insurer panel
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and quote comparisons
- Manage the full sales cycle, including documentation, issuance and renewals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate lead and client records in our CRM

Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of sales experience (insurance,



BFSI or another consultative sales environment)
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups and handling objections
- Graduate in any discipline
- IRDAI POSP or insurance certification is a plus
