Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective students and working professionals, conduct needs-based consultations, and present suitable online degree and certification options aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, performing outbound follow-ups, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and coordinating with mentors and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. The role involves explaining program features, fee structures, and enrollment processes, addressing queries, and guiding individuals from initial interest through admission.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will also contribute to meeting enrollment targets, improving customer satisfaction, and providing feedback to enhance sales and counseling processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills,



with experience converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments or qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a consultative, empathetic approach to student interactions.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust, handle objections professionally, and ensure a positive end-to-end experience.
- Candidates should possess basic CRM proficiency, data entry accuracy, and comfort working with online tools and platforms.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, edtech sales, or B2C inside sales is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours as needed for student availability.
- Solid goal orientation, resilience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are valuable for success in this role.
