Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners, and explain Career Switch programs, offerings, and career outcomes. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding learner needs, recommending suitable courses, and following up to ensure timely enrollment decisions. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams, and support campaigns to increase conversions.

Daily responsibilities also include responding to queries,



resolving concerns professionally, and contributing to high levels of learner satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing enrollments.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and pipeline management skills to identify, nurture, and convert prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present programs clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, with a strong interest in data and technology-driven careers.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, learner-centric mindset are highly valued.
