Role Description The Inside Sales Intern will support the growth of Weskill’s training programs by engaging prospective students and partners through remote channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, and presenting Weskill’s offerings clearly and persuasively. The intern will follow up with interested prospects, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns.

The role also involves addressing inquiries, supporting a positive prospect experience,



and contributing ideas to optimize conversion rates. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability and proactive communication in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and nurture prospective learners.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries and build trust with prospects.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work remotely in a structured, self-directed manner, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and video conferencing applications.
- Interest in education, training, or talent development, with a willingness to learn sales best practices.
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate preferred; prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
