What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and warm leads from our digital marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right product
- Explain product benefits, usage and value clearly and convincingly




- Use consultative selling to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales
- Keep customer interactions and sales updates recorded in the CRM/tracker
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who You Are

- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali, Hindi and English (preferred)
- Passionate about sales and talking to customers
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C, e-commerce or retail product sales (preferred)
- Able to read customer psychology and buying behaviour
- Target-driven, positive and self-motivated
- Basic CRM or sales-process knowledge is a plus
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills and the drive to learn are welcome to apply
