Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and engage with prospective learners.

Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.

Conduct effective sales counselling and explain course benefits, pricing, and career relevance.

Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and regular follow-ups.

Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close enrollments.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business.

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations,



and Customer Success teams to improve conversions.

Track sales activities, conversions, and pipeline performance and share regular reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of targets.

Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Prior experience in EdTech, professional training, or education sales will be an advantage.
