Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Smartway Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards.

Manager will manage employee relations, handle grievance resolution, support learning and development programs, and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. The role also involves HR data reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support a growing, diverse workforce.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian pharmaceutical or healthcare sector (preferred).
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies related to workforce planning, learning and development, and talent retention.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, data analysis, and HR reporting to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within a fast-growing, multi-location organization.
