Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance for LoanDidi™. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, design HR policies, and implement people practices that support a high-growth fintech environment.

and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines. The role includes handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting compensation and benefits administration.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, HRIS management, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication with diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Relevant experience in fintech, banking, or financial services HR management is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Raipur, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
