Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, with strong expertise in recruitment, payroll management, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an engineering-related industry or renewable related industry, with the ability to drive HR functions effectively while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project execution, sales, and corporate positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire qualified talent.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate evaluations, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

2. HR Operations & Administration

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, appraisals, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
- Handle employee grievances and drive employee engagement initiatives.

3. Payroll & Compliance Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure accurate attendance, leave, overtime,



and payroll inputs.
- Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll and statutory compliance matters.

4. Performance Management & Employee Development

- Drive performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation, and annual performance assessments.
- Identify training and development requirements across departments.
- Support management in workforce planning and employee retention strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR operations and HR management.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and payroll processing.
- Must have prior experience in an engineering-related industry, preferably engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, or project-based organisations.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Experience in HRMS/payroll software and attendance management systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and coordinate with senior management.

Preferred Industry Background
- Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from engineering, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or technical project-based industries are preferred.
