Role Description The HVAC Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The HVAC Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities including installation, supervision, and coordination of HVAC systems for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include interpreting design drawings, managing execution as per specifications and standards, monitoring quality and safety, and ensuring work is completed on schedule. The role involves conducting site inspections, supporting testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), coordinating with project managers, contractors,



and clients, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The HVAC Site Engineer will also assist in troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover activities, and support ongoing maintenance requirements where needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and HVAC, with knowledge of critical environments, cleanrooms, and industrial ventilation systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to interpret and work with technical drawings, layouts, and BIM/CAD documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including diagnostics, corrective actions, and performance optimization.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in site execution of HVAC or MEP projects.
- Understanding of industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements, especially for pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, prepare site reports, and communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
- Prior experience in testing, commissioning, TAB, or cleanroom projects will be considered an advantage.
