About the CompanyChemi Tech Group is an established business group with diversified operations in solar energy, manufacturing, engineering products, and distribution. With manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and sales offices across India, the group is seeking an experienced and capable HR Manager to independently manage its Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments and locations.
- Coordinate manpower planning with departmental heads.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract and retain quality talent.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

2. HR Operations & Administration

- Independently manage day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Coordinate HR activities across manufacturing units, warehouses, and regional offices.

3. Employee Relations & Discipline

- Maintain workplace discipline, professionalism, and accountability.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

4. Performance Management





- Implement KPI-based performance evaluation and appraisal systems.
- Coordinate annual appraisals, increments, and performance reviews.
- Identify training and employee development requirements.
- Support departmental heads in improving employee productivity.

5. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, and other applicable HR compliances.
- Coordinate with external consultants and statutory authorities wherever required

Candidate Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience independently managing HR operations.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-location organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Mature, confident, organized, and capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates residing in Noida, Greater Noida, or nearby areas preferred.
