Position: HR Intern

About EventsLinerEventsLiner is an emerging event discovery and management platform connecting students, event organizers, and communities. We're building a platform to make discovering, participating in, and managing events easier.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to manage recruitment activities, identify potential candidates, and help us build a strong team. You will be involved in the complete hiring process, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Wellfound, college networks, and other platforms.
- Create and publish job postings for different roles.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
- Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Coordinate offer letters, selection updates, and onboarding.




- Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for EventsLiner.

Compensation
- Fixed Stipend: ₹1,500 per month.
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives for successful candidate conversions and quality hiring.
- Higher incentives may be awarded for successfully hiring solid candidates who meet the company's requirements and contribute to building the team.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Internshala, and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
