Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bargarh.

The Human Resources

Executive will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The role involves supporting employee relations activities, coordinating basic HR documentation and compliance,



and assisting with HR reporting and data management. The intern will collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a skilled, inclusive, and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace ethics is preferred.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bargarh, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a fast-evolving healthcare technology environment.
