About the role

We're looking for an HR Executive to look after our people. You'll handle hiring end to end, keep day-to-day HR running smoothly, and help us build a workplace people actually want to stay at.

What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer closures
- Work with team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Run onboarding, induction and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with accounts




- Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations and team outings
- Handle employee queries and resolve concerns fairly and confidentially
- Draft and update HR policies as the team grows

What we're looking for

- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment role
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed
- Basic knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- Good communication skills and a people-first approach

Good to have

- Experience hiring for creative, marketing or agency roles
- Experience with HRMS tools such as Keka, Zoho People.
