About the JobRole Overview:

The HR Generalist at Kitchens@ – Loyal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role involves partnering with employees, managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery across a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and employee-related changes.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, and performance management activities.
- Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Support statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attrition, and other employee-related reports.




- Coordinate recruitment and pre-onboarding activities with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced work environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in Food Tech, Hospitality, QSR, Retail, or E-commerce.
- Experience handling HR operations in multi-location or frontline workforce environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and employee relationship skills.
