AVM Labs is a growing diagnostic laboratory network serving healthcare operations across India and the GCC region. We are expanding our operations and looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to support our growing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, HR operations, employee engagement and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate offer releases and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

- Handle joining documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate employee induction and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll inputs.
- Handle routine employee HR queries.

Employee Engagement

- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate training and employee development activities.
- Assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment.

HR Documentation & Compliance





- Prepare HR letters and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support PF, ESI and other statutory HR activities.
- Assist in HR MIS and periodic reporting.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
- Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
