At RIU Group, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to strengthen our team and support our journey towards a more structured and professionally managed organisation.

Our immediate priority is Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a strong understanding of hiring requirements in industrial businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and operational roles.
- Build effective sourcing channels and a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
- Gradually develop and implement HR policies, processes and organisational structures.




- Manage other core HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations and HR operations.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong, hands-on recruitment experience, especially in blue-collar hiring.
- Preferably from manufacturing, steel, engineering, logistics or related industries.
- Experience in developing HR systems and processes will be an added advantage.
- Someone who takes ownership, works independently and can grow with the organisation.
