SBOSS is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Lead to manage high-volume employee onboarding operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience handling 300+ employee onboardings per month, along with robust data management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
Handle high-volume onboarding activities, managing 300+ employee onboardings on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with recruitment teams, HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Ensure the timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, and employee data entry.
Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, employee records, and HR databases.
Prepare onboarding reports, MIS reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.
Resolve onboarding-related queries and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in onboarding operations.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in HR onboarding and HR operations.
Proven experience managing 300+ onboardings per month.
Excellent data management and reporting skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume activities and meet strict deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
Hands-on experience in large-scale employee onboarding and documentation management.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing onboarding data and reports.
