We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to establish, lead and manage our complete HR function while supporting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across branches.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and systems.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
- Drive training and development initiatives.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Establish and monitor employee KRAs, KPIs and performance reviews.
- Manage employee engagement, discipline and grievance handling.




- Oversee exit formalities and employee handovers.
- Develop HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.

What We're Looking For:

- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Ability to independently manage HR processes and systems.
- Experience handling multiple branches and diverse teams.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare / service industry experience preferred.
