Role Description The Horeca Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand, responsible for managing and growing business in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) segment.

The Horeca

Manager will oversee relationships with key hospitality and foodservice partners, ensuring excellent service levels, product availability, and timely resolution of issues. Daily tasks include visiting HORECA clients, presenting product ranges, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating orders with the sales and supply chain teams. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering feedback on products, supporting promotional activities, and identifying new business opportunities.

Manager will also train partner staff on product features and hygiene standards, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams to drive volume and brand visibility in the HORECA channel.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with HORECA partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, with familiarity in snack products, HORECA operations, and basic food safety and hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess Hospitality experience, ideally within hotels, restaurants, cafés, or foodservice distribution environments.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate partner staff on products, merchandising, and service practices.
- Relevant experience in FMCG sales or HORECA business development, with a track record of meeting targets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong planning, territory management, and reporting skills, with ability to use MS Office and basic sales tools.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Anand, travel within the region, and adapt to a energetic, growth-oriented environment.
