Role Description The Hiring Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing end-to-end hiring operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and client stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating bulk and targeted recruitment drives, managing screening and selection processes, and aligning hiring strategies with client requirements and internal targets. The role involves supervising a hiring team, setting performance standards, monitoring service quality,



and implementing best practices in talent acquisition.

The Hiring Center

Manager will collaborate closely with training and business development teams to ensure that hiring outcomes support ongoing corporate and technical training programs. This position requires maintaining detailed hiring metrics, preparing regular reports, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, including experience with bulk and targeted recruitment processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Proven capability in Service Quality management, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely hiring operations.
- Experience in Training related to hiring teams or recruiters, including coaching, onboarding, and performance development.
- Solid people management and leadership abilities, with experience supervising hiring or HR teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to energetic client and market requirements.
