Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting project planning and execution from concept to commissioning. The engineer will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, consultants and clients to ensure that system layouts, equipment selection, and installation meet performance standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing design documents, conducting site visits, overseeing installation and testing, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting maintenance and repair activities.



The role also requires maintaining accurate project documentation, adhering to industry codes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust HVAC Engineering layout planning.
- Candidates should possess solid HVAC and Maintenance & Repair skills, including familiarity with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills to create and modify technical drawings, schematics, and installation details.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant mechanical engineering principles, building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency best practices.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in HVAC projects in commercial or industrial settings is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, use standard engineering tools, and maintain accurate project records; willingness to travel to project sites within India as required.
