XpertDox, Inc. is a physician-founded, venture-backed healthcare AI company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a global delivery team in India. Our platform, XpertCoding, autonomously codes outpatient medical claims directly from clinical documentation using neural networks, machine learning, and natural language processing. We serve outpatient healthcare organizations in almost all 50 states, with deep expertise in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), womens health and OB/GYN practices, and behavioral health providers.

Position Summary

You will own all hiring for XpertDox, Inc. in the United States and XIPL in India, reporting directly to the CEO.

Half of this job is senior and US hiring: you will personally run LinkedIn Recruiter searches for US leadership, finance, engineering, and clinical roles, write your own search strings and outreach, and close candidates who were not looking. The other half is India hiring across engineering, medical coding, and operations, run through job portals, referrals, and structured screening. You will lead a small recruiting team and set the hiring process both entities follow.

Onboarding is owned by a separate HR team; your work ends when an accepted candidate is handed off.



This role is not for someone who has moved away from hands-on sourcing; you will do the searches yourself every week.

Key Responsibilities In this role you will:

1. Own every open position at XpertDox, Inc. and XIPL from intake to signed offer.
2. Personally source senior and US candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter, including search strings, outreach messages, and follow-up.
3. Run India hiring across engineering, medical coding, and operations through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
4. Set role requirements, interview panels, and evaluation criteria with hiring managers in Noida and the United States.
5. Screen candidates against written criteria, and verify employers, titles, dates, and credentials before candidates reach final interviews.
6. Negotiate and close offers, and hand accepted candidates to the HR team for onboarding.
7. Maintain the hiring tracker and report weekly to the CEO on open roles, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer-to-join ratio.
8. Lead and develop the recruiting team.
9. Build and maintain the hiring process, templates, and standards used across both entities.

Required Qualifications

- Personal,



hands-on sourcing of US-based candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter within the last two years, including writing your own search strings and outreach.
- Experience at a US companys India center or at a US-focused recruiting firm.
- 10 or more years in recruiting, with at least 4 years leading a recruiting function.
- A track record of closing both technical roles (engineering, data, IT) and volume roles (operations, medical coding, or BPO/KPO).
- Robust written and spoken English for working directly with US executives and candidates.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and reporting hiring metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hiring experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, medical coding, or revenue cycle.
- Experience closing US Director, VP, or C-level candidates.
- LinkedIn Certified Professional: Recruiter certification.
- Experience building a recruiting function or hiring process from scratch.

Location and Schedule

This is an on-site role at the XIPL office in Noida, Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST. The schedule overlaps with US business hours. Candidates must live in Noida or the NCR region, or relocate there before the start date. This role is not remote or hybrid.

- Base salary of ₹20 to ₹30 lakh per year, commensurate with experience.
