Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HOD to lead the School of Interior Design (SOID), ensuring academic excellence, effective faculty management, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead and manage academic activities and curriculum planning.
- Supervise faculty, monitor performance, and ensure quality teaching.
- Oversee class schedules, examinations, student projects, and academic assessments.
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
- Integrate industry practices and trends into the curriculum.




- Build industry connections and facilitate industry exposure for students.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth academic operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Master's degree in Interior Design or a relevant field is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academics.
- Good industry experience in Interior Design is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and faculty management skills.
- Sound understanding of curriculum development and academic administration.
