? Performance Management: KPI frameworks, appraisals, productivity tracking and performance dashboards
? Leadership & L&D;: Training programs, developing team leads and managers, succession planning
? Organizational Development: Org structure, role clarity, SOPs and cross-team collaboration
? Culture & Engagement: High-performance culture, employee engagement, recognition and growth programs
? HR Analytics: Workforce insights, performance trends and strategic people decisions
Who we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience as HR Head / HR Manager / Senior HR role
✅ Solid in recruitment, performance management and L&D;
✅ Experience handling multiple departments or business verticals
✅ Strategic thinker with excellent people skills
