Agile Automate is a Business Automation and Digital Transformation company helping businesses streamline operations through Odoo ERP, Bitrix24 CRM, ClickUp, AI-powered workflows, and process automation.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support our business growth, marketing, recruitment, partnerships, and daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

- Research potential clients and generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and expos to support business development and networking.

2. Marketing and Social Media

- Design festival and event creatives, prepare captions, and publish social media content.
- Support brand awareness and promotional activities.

3. Partnership Management

- Coordinate with technology partners, including Odoo, ClickUp, and Bitrix24.
- Support partner communication and promotional activities.

4. HR and Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

5. Research and Operations





- Research competitors, markets, business opportunities, and software platforms.
- Support internal operations and business coordination.

6. Technical Support

- Assist with Odoo module configuration and practical demonstrations.
- Explore business workflows and software solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience: 0–1 year. Freshers are welcome.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.

- A good communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
- Skilled at conducting research and identifying relevant information.
- A fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and processes.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
- Interested in business, technology, marketing, and operations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Knowledge of Odoo, ClickUp, Bitrix24, design tools, or automation platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.
