Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of experience as a group HR Manager
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and implementing HR policies, compensation and perks management, and compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in talent development, training and learning program design, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management in dynamic environments.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
- Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related HR technology tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in a senior HR role, are highly beneficial.
- Experience in technology-driven or innovation-focused companies, and familiarity with global or multi-location HR practices, will be an added advantage.
