About the Role

We are looking for a Creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer – Fresher to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a valuable eye for design, creativity and an interest in creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites and marketing materials.

Freshers with a strong portfolio, academic projects, or personal design work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, ads, banners and digital campaigns.
- Develop visually appealing graphics based on client and campaign requirements.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across creative assets.
- Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, presentations, website graphics and other marketing collaterals.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative styles.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.
- Support the creative team with day-to-day design requirements.

Required Skills





- Strong creativity and visual sense.
- Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts and composition.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into designs.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Software Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Candidates who are willing to learn new design tools are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A portfolio of college projects, personal designs, social media creatives, or other design work will be an added advantage.
