About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Google Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing, optimizing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Google Ads, PPC strategies, lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns.

Manage Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Create compelling ad copies and optimize audience targeting.

Monitor campaign performance, including CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL and ROAS.

Optimize campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.

Set up and manage remarketing campaigns.

Perform A/B testing and experiment with bidding strategies.

Monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports.





Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce advertising costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC.

Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager.

Experience managing Search and Display campaigns.

Understanding of Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.

Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies and audience targeting.

Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking.

Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
