Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other on-ground teams
- Monitor service quality and ensure high operational standards
- Handle team scheduling, training, and performance
- Resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as required
- Track inventory, supplies, and other operational requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facility management and housekeeping operations
- Robust team management and operational skills
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or similar industries is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple properties or teams is an added advantage
