Role Description The General Manager Projects – MEP / Datacenter Execution will lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery for complex MEP and datacenter infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves managing project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role includes coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project milestones.

The General

Manager will monitor project progress, mitigate risks,



drive problem-solving on site, and establish best practices for MEP and datacenter execution. The position also involves mentoring project teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to business growth by supporting bids, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for complex MEP and datacenter projects.
- Technical expertise in MEP systems, datacenter infrastructure, and familiarity with DFMA, cooling solutions, and related construction technologies.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams, with capabilities in people management, performance supervision, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using project management and construction tools/software, and ability to interpret engineering drawings, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Sound understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards, with experience working under ISO-certified processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, along with robust presentation and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in project management or construction management is an advantage.
- Significant experience (typically 12+ years) in managing large-scale MEP
