About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead our operations team, drive new client acquisition, and spearhead the overall business growth of FSS.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management:Lead the operations team, monitor service delivery, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead Generation:Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Business Development:Acquire recent clients, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Business Improvement: Identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.
- Team Leadership:Set targets,



monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination across departments.

Requirements

- 15–20 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong leadership, client acquisition, and business development skills.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Experience in security services, facility management, or manpower services will be an advantage.
