We are seeking a dedicated Medical Practitioner to join our hospital team, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of a wide spectrum of adult health conditions. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality patient care across outpatient, intensive care, and inpatient ward settings, ensuring comprehensive management of medical cases while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate effective treatment plans for a diverse range of medical conditions in the Outpatient Department.
- Provide critical care management and monitoring for patients requiring intensive medical intervention within the ICU environment.
- Oversee daily clinical activities and patient progress for inpatients in the general wards, ensuring coordinated care delivery.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations,
order necessary investigations, and interpret results to guide therapeutic decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and maintain efficient workflow across all clinical units.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of qualified experience in general medicine within a hospital setting.
- Proven competency in managing Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations and patient triage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle critical care scenarios and manage patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Experience in supervising and treating patients in general hospital wards.
- Strong clinical knowledge of internal medicine protocols and emergency response procedures.
