Chanakya University's Office of Development is looking for a Fundraising Specialist to drive corporate and CSR fundraising through proactive, field-based outreach.

This is a target-driven, field-intensive role for someone who enjoys meeting people, pitching ideas, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates, CSR foundations, and potential donors.
- Generate leads through cold outreach and corporate visits.
- Convert meetings into CSR grants, sponsorships, and donations.
- Build and manage the end-to-end fundraising pipeline, from prospect identification to fund closure.
- Develop proposals and pitch decks aligned with corporate CSR priorities.
- Engage with CXOs, CSR heads, and senior decision-makers.

What We're Looking For





- Bachelor's degree; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, corporate sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong pitching, communication skills
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru and cold outreach.
- Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Kannada proficiency is an advantage.

Key: This is a hunting role, not a desk-based position. Most working days will involve meeting prospective corporate partners and donors.
