Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Java) for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java full stack engineering, frontend and backend development, web applications, REST APIs, databases, microservices, enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.

The Full Stack Engineer (Java) will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend services, responsive frontend applications, APIs, databases, dashboards, enterprise platforms, internal tools, and automation solutions.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, Git, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, testing frameworks, and CI/CD technologies.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java full stack development, software engineering, Java development, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.

- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting,



e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Understanding of classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, interfaces, collections, exception handling, multithreading, concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, semantic HTML, responsive design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, responsive interfaces, and component-based application development.
- Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs,



or event-driven architecture will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, session management, authentication, authorization, input validation, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend and backend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database tuning, connection pooling, scalability, reliability, observability, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies, repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transactions, and backend data-access patterns will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals, Figma, wireframes, design systems, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static generation, or similar modern web architectures will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, maintainable, reliable, secure, and user-friendly Java full stack solutions.
- Willingness to work in an in office environment.

- Candidates without previous full-time Java full stack development experience can also apply.
