Role Description This is a freelancing opportunity. The role involves supporting ongoing fashion and market insight projects through research, analysis, content creation, and coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and organizing data, preparing reports or presentations, assisting in the development of fashion trend insights, and contributing to storytelling or visual documentation related to India’s fashion landscape.

The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables align with VisioNxt’s vision.



The freelance professional is expected to manage their workload independently while being present on-site for meetings, reviews, and collaborative work.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and derive clear, actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present complex ideas in a clear, engaging manner.
- Interest or background in fashion, culture, or creative industries, with awareness of global and Indian fashion trends.
- Competence in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with data visualization or design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adapt to changing project needs.
- Relevant academic qualification in fields such as Fashion, Design, Economics, Sociology, Media, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in research, insights, or project coordination roles is beneficial, particularly in fashion or cultural sectors.
